Warranty

We guarantee that our goods conform to your order and meet the normal expectations you may have of them taking into account the specifications of the product. Of course, we also guarantee that the articles comply with all laws existing at the time of your order. Moreover, when it comes to the delivery of items, we apply the legal minimum warranty period of two years if the item does not conform to the order placed. This means that if the item is faulty or defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge up to two years after delivery.

As far as possible and reasonable, you have the choice between repair or replacement. Only in the event that the repair or replacement is excessive or impossible or cannot be carried out within a reasonable period of time, do you have the right to demand a price reduction or rescission of the sales contract.

 

If the defect or fault manifests itself within 6 months of delivery, it is deemed to have already existed before delivery, unless we can prove otherwise. After 6 months, you will have to prove yourself that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.

DOCA-PHARMA BV shall act as the Supplier's agent. The Suppliers guarantee that the products and services they offer for sale via DOCA-PHARMA BV function perfectly and have no visible or invisible defects which make normal use of the product impossible or dangerous. DOCA-PHARMA BV can in no case be held responsible for any technical defects in the products supplied, except if they are immediately detected when the product is unpacked. In this case, the Customer must immediately contact the after-sales service of the Supplier of the relevant product, whose coordinates will be given to the Customer by DOCA-PHARMA BV on request.

 

In any case, the guarantee does not apply to products which have been deliberately damaged or which have been damaged by negligence (breakage, moisture, inappropriate temperature, rust, liquid infiltration, over-voltage, fire or any other form of force majeure) and to products which have clearly been opened (repair and/or modification carried out by a repairer who is not authorised by DOCA-PHARMA BV). Similarly, the guarantee does not apply if the damage is due to wear and tear, transport, misuse and/or failure to comply with the instructions in the manual. If the product does not fall under one of the above-mentioned exclusions, the warranty must be invoked within 2 months of receipt of the product. Once these 2 months have passed, the warranty can no longer be invoked. The legal warranty also covers hidden defects.
