Orders are delivered to the delivery address as provided by the Customer during the ordering process and according to the conditions described there. Orders can only be delivered to addresses located in Europe excluding PO boxes. DOCA-PHARMA BV reserves the right to split the order into one or more deliveries depending on the availability of the products. The delivery shall be made to the Customer or to any other person present at the delivery address who has verbal authority to accept the parcel. If no one can take delivery of the parcel at the time it is presented, the carrier will leave a notice in the letterbox stating the name and contact details of the carrier. The Customer must then contact the carrier himself to find out where and when the parcel can be collected by the Customer. DOCA-PHARMA BV will ensure that the order is processed in the shortest possible time.

The delivery time of 2 days, after the end of the internet sale, is a target time and purely indicative. DOCA-PHARMA BV shall under no circumstances be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products or services, nor for any damage which may result from this.

DOCA-PHARMA BV undertakes to deliver at the latest 30 days after the order date. The control system used by the carrier shall serve as proof of the effective delivery of the order (and of the Customer's good receipt), unless the Customer can prove otherwise.

In the event that a Customer proves that a delivery has not been delivered within 30 days of the order date, the Customer may cancel the order without any damage, provided that he/she informs DOCA-PHARMA BV that he/she wishes to cancel his/her order by registered letter, with acknowledgement of receipt, sent to the address mentioned in article 3 of the underlying General Conditions. If a product is not delivered to the delivery address within 30 days of the order date, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact DOCA-PHARMA BV within five working days of receiving the delivery. Once the five days have passed, complaints and returns will no longer be admissible.

Contact should be made via info@doca-pharma.be.

The right to return an order that has been delivered late is of course only valid insofar as the delivery is actually returned within 7 days of the Customer informing DOCA-PHARMA BV that he/she wishes to cancel his/her purchase. The returned products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the invoice or delivery note and a completed return document. Any return for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused. Once the 7 days have passed, DOCA-PHARMA BV is no longer able to accept the return and the return will be sent back to the sender. The return must be sent to the address mentioned in Article 3 in the general terms and conditions.

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return by DOCA-PHARMA BV, provided that all the conditions described above have been strictly complied with. The amount refunded shall in any case never exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer and excluding transport costs.

In the event that the products delivered do not correspond to the Customer's Order, the return postage costs will be reimbursed by DOCA-PHARMA BV in the form of a voucher. Therefore, proof of the return postage costs must be sent with the return. This voucher can then be deducted from the next purchase. If the proof of return postage costs are not sent with the return, they will not be refunded either. Each return must be sent by registered post, or by courier service, and the Customer must keep proof of sending the return. DOCA-PHARMA BV reserves the right in all cases to refuse a refund if the product is damaged, opened, or shows signs of use. In the event that a delivery is lost during the delivery process, and the conditions of this article are respected, DOCA-PHARMA BV shall send a new shipment at its own expense if the product is still available, or refund the amount of the order including the transport costs.
