Returns

In accordance with the law of 30 December 2013 on Book VI of the Economic Law Code ‘market practices and consumer protection’, the Customer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, to notify the seller that he wishes to renounce his purchase, without having to pay any compensation, and without having to give a reason. This right of renunciation does not apply to professional buyers.

If a Customer wishes to notify DOCA-PHARMA BV that they wish to renounce their purchase, they must do so via info@doca-pharma.be.

In accordance with the law of 30 December 2013, the Customer cannot invoke the right of renunciation in the following cases: - Audio or video recordings, or software whose seal has been broken - Products that are custom-made or adapted to the Customer's wishes, or products that expire very quickly due to the nature of the product. In the cases mentioned above, the Customer may neither return the product nor claim a refund. The renunciation right is of course only valid if the product is actually returned within 7 working days after the Customer has informed DOCA-PHARMA BV that he/she wishes to renounce his/her purchase.

The returned product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by the invoice and a completed return document. Any return for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused. Once the 7 working days have passed, DOCA-PHARMA BV will no longer be able to accept the return and it will be returned to the sender. The return must be sent to the address mentioned in Article 3 in the general terms and conditions.

The Customer must pay the return shipping costs himself. 

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return by DOCA-PHARMA BV, provided that all the conditions described above have been strictly complied with. In any case, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer. If a voucher was used during the purchase, this will also be returned. This voucher can then be used again for a subsequent purchase. The right of renunciation can also be exercised after the purchase has been made, but before the order is dispatched. In this case, the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the order cancellation. DOCA-PHARMA BV will send an e-mail when it has received the return and when it has asked its bank for a refund. Refunds will always be made by bank transfer.
